Use of Information Collected

KnoCard LLC does not sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties. KnoCard LLC may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our app and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. This information will be stored on our database in order to enable KnoCard to serve your information to your KnoCard viewers. One of the features offered by KnoCard is functionality as a virtual business card. This enables others to call, text, email, or locate you based on the information you choose to submit on your KnoCard. Additionally, KnoCard allows you to synch the contacts from your phone. Once your contacts are loaded, you can easily select a contact and share your KnoCard. The recipient will receive a text message with a link to your website.

KnoCard may provide you with update information through a third party SMS service. In such a case, your mobile number will only be added to campaigns after you’ve opted in to such service.

Photos and videos that are accessed through your phone will be used solely to enhance your KnoCard and provide you the ability to customize your content. Photos and videos remain your property and will never be sold or used for marketing purposes by KnoCard, unless we have your express written consent to do so.

At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you through the App Store. KnoCard LLC may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

KnoCard LLC enables our users to add links from third-party social media features including Youtube, Facebook, and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within KnoCard LLC's control.

KnoCard LLC's website/app is not directed towards, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). To discontinue or unsubscribe from receiving mobile notifications, please make the necessary revisions to your Notifications settings. To discontinue monthly subscription please cancel through the App store. Should you wish to contact us directly please use the Support form located within the app. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe or opt-out. KnoCard LLC will continue to adhere to this Policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.

Users KnoCard LLC's operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) and sent to the United States.
